Tuesday evening while watching TV my phone rang.When I said hello it was a robo-call from NOM.
Needless to say I was less than pleased.
Today in our local paper there is a full page ad from NOM via ActNowCT.
Because I'm not so handy with some computer stuff, if you would be good enough to go to my blogger friend NG, he has a PDF of the full page ad so you can see it.
The reason for all this is a vote due on an upcoming bill here in Connecticut Bill 899.
Even though we have same-sex marriage, Bill 899 puts on some finishing touches.
If you go to NG and look at the ad, you'll see it has all the usual "There Is A Storm Coming" tripe.
If it weren't for the fact our local paper, as with many others, are so desperate to get ad revenue, I wonder if they would have accepted the ad, as The News-Times tends to be on the political left and in support of gay rights.
So I have now experienced laying in the gutter. Time for a shower.
